Throughout our firm history, we have enjoyed assisting our clients around the country develop high quality projects that were aesthetically and financially successful. We attribute that success to our core principles of design and technical quality, as well as to our dedication to the craft of our profession and the excellent service to our clients.
Having worked on more than 300 hotel projects, from full-service and boutique hotels, to select-service hotels, PFVS brings strong experience and expertise to each project. Established in 1987, our award-winning firm is nationally recognized for our unique brand implementations that include customized select-service brands modified to satisfy market demands, restricted sites, urban locations and innovative new marketing models such as dual brand projects.
From the makeup of the personalities within our group, to the organization of our company, we promote a low ego and an interactive process. We believe that, in all cases, a project gets stronger and generates higher value when good listening and timely input are strong components of the design process. We apply this collaborative approach in our relationships with our consultants, our project staff, the project construction teams, and particularly in our interactions with our clients.

As a nationally recognized leader in the design of hotels, PFVS has provided services for multiple brands within the Hilton, Marriott, Starwood, Intercontinental, Hyatt and Wyndham families. We are listed as a preferred architect by each of these companies and are one of a handful of architectural firms selected by Hilton to be a part of the Architect’s Roundtable.
